About the Class
Class overview: If you’ve heard the term “Social Media” it usually refers to the big three players in the Social Media arena, namely Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
This class is designed to give the business-person (not the techno-geek) a solid understanding of the fundamentals of how Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter function from a business perspective, including a look at the new ways that these services are courting businesses and giving them tools for success. The class will also help you to determine realistic objectives for your business presence on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, and then will help you create an action plan that is also realistic for achieving those objectives.
